On the playground I’m currently getting an bug where I’m seeing actions on the right hand side which are no longer in any files.

I made a typo while changing my actions. Example I changed `approve` to `batch:approve` but I initially made a typo of `batch"approve` I noticed the typo immediately but the `batch"approve` action stayed there even after I fixed the typo.

I have refreshed the page, switched principals and resources, but none of it had any effect.

The unchanged action `approve` also stayed on the list.  However it doesn’t appear in that form in any of the policies.
