The doc says: If no credentials are configured using the <https://docs.cerbos.dev/cerbos/latest/configuration/server.html#admin-api|configuration>, the default username and password is `cerbos` and `cerbosAdmin`.
But I don't know how to login with the username and password? Is it Pass these fields to  request header?

They are passed as the authentication header or via cerbosctl
