Hey guy! I am newbie of cerbos. I have config storage with Postgres. How can I add policies to the database?

You have two options to manage policies:
1. Using <https://docs.cerbos.dev/cerbos/latest/api/admin_api|Admin API> directly.
2. Via <https://docs.cerbos.dev/cerbos/latest/cli/cerbosctl|cerbosctl> utility, which provides a CLI to the Admin API.
